NOTICE OF THE 51st ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
OF PAKISTN YARN MERCHANTS ASSOCIATION (SINDH & BALOCHISTAN ZONE)
The 51st Annual General Meeting of the Pakistan Yarn Merchants Association Sindh & Balochistan Zone will be held on Thursday September 29, 2010 at 4.00 p.m. in the office of the Association at Karachi to transact the business according to the following items of Agenda.
A G E N D A
1) To confirm the minutes of the 50th Adjourned Annual General Meeting of Pakistan Yarn Merchants Association Sindh & Balochistan Zone held on Wednesday October 06, 2010 at 4.00 p.m. in the office of the Association at Karachi.
2) To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Association for the year 2010-11.
3) To receive and approve.
a) The audited accounts statements of Zonal office of Pakistan Yarn Merchants Association S & B Zone for the year ended 30th June 2011.
b) Annual Budget for the ensuing period of 2011-12.
4) To appoint the auditor or auditors for the financial year 2011-12 and fix their remuneration.
5) To declare and announce the election results for the office of Office Bearers (Zonal Chairman & Vice Chairman) held on Monday 26th September 2011 in the office of the Association at Karachi for the period of 2011-12 under the TOO Rules 2007.
6) To declare and announce the election results for the (06) six members of Zonal Executive Committee for the year 2011-12 held on Tuesday September 20th 2011 as per Rules 23 clause 5(a) of Trade Organization Ordinance Rules 2007.
All the members are requested to attend the meeting on schedule time.
