NOTICE OF THE 49th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
OF SINDH & BALOCHISTAN ZONE OF THE ASSOCIATION
 

The 49th Annual General Meeting of the Pakistan Yarn Merchants Association Sindh & Balochistan Zone will be held on Thursday 19th September 2009 at 4.00 p.m. in the office of the Association at Karachi to transact the business according to the following items of Agenda.
 

A G E N D A

 
 
  1. To confirm the minutes of the 48th Annual General Meeting of Pakistan Yarn Merchants Association Sindh & Balochistan Zone held on Thursday 29th November 2008 at 4.00 p.m. in the office of the Association at Karachi.

  2. To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Association for the year 2008-09.

  3. To receive and approve.
    The audited accounts statements of Zonal office of Pakistan Yarn Merchants Association for the year ended 30th June 2009.
    Annual Budget for the ensuing period of 2009-10
    .
  4. To appoint the auditor or auditors for the financial year 2009-10 and fix their remuneration.

  5. To declare the election results for the office of Office Bearers (Zonal Chairman & Vice Chairman) held on Saturday 29th August 2009 in the office of the Association at Karachi for the period of 2009-10 under the TOO Rules 2007.

  6. To declare the election results for the (06) six members of Zonal Executive Committee for the year 2009-2010 held on Thursday 20th August 2009 as per Rules 23 clause 5(a) of Trade Organization Ordinance Rules 2007.


All the members are requested to attend the meeting on schedule time.
